In wish to help the citizens coping with the renovation of their histroical object, we set a goal to establish the program, guideliness and space how to approach at the time of major maintenance works or to the renovation of the buildings. How to proceed from initial stimulations in order to obtain the planning permission (with regard on legal guideliness) to the support to professional services with the goal to respect the cultural monument preservation criteria. It is based on concrete models - catalogues of the good practice solutions, indicated to carpentery, facade (including details), roofing elements, craft works, selection of the building material and the embellishment of the surroundings.
