On 21 October 2013 Center for Conservation and Archaeology of Montenegro with a help of City of Split organized a local seminar in Split regarding a workshop on the preparation of the Management Plan of UNESCO areas. The workshop was attended by representatives of the City of Split,The Committee for Protecting and Revitalizing the Old City Core of Split and the Palace of the Emperor Diocletanius, institutions, medias and citizens. Very interesting and useful lecture was held by Ms. Katri Lisitzin , an architect from Sweden , an expert in the development of management plans . Also, there was a lecture of Ms. Aleksandra Kapetanović, architect and conservator, that presented experience of the natural and cultural-historical area of Kotor in the preparation and development of the Management Plan, as well as problems they encountered during the development of the Plan. After discussion that followed was organized working dinner for all participants.
